You have already placed an order with us. It is important for us to frame what colors, elements we can apply to the bottle. Hence this form
Our approach is as follows:

Please fill out the form and indicate which text or element you would like to see reflected in each section. We will then request any logos by mail should we not have them.We get to work.
We make another confirmation of the received design details so that this is clear. After this, the artist will start working with the given guidelines for the design. Please note that he does use creativity and interpretation here.Delivery and billing.
The painted bottle(s) will be ready within 1 - 3 weeks. You will also receive the invoice from us within this period unless otherwise agreed.
